Located to the northern region of Est in the Eltnia Continent. It was founded by Shibaid Etraku after the Dusk of Majesty, becoming the first Dragon King. After the country stabilized, Shibaid abdicated the throne and became an adventurer.
It is currently ruled by Zaikuin Baal Kilmont.
